We have stayed here multiple times and in the same jacuzzi room. The heat and water pressure is amazing. I have never ran out of hot water. To me that is awesome. Would definitely recommend this room
This hotel is very nice and quiet to stay in and the employees are very nice and friendly and the rooms are very clean and everything I very suggest this hotel to stay at its very clean and very quiet and employees I enjoy my stays every time I stay there
Front desk (Vishnu) & GM (Amit) were phenomenal! The room was very clean, the bedding & pillows were GREAT (I seriously wanted to load them up for home lol)! HOWEVER, the BEST was the water pressure & the endless hottt water! It is very challenging to find good water pressure & endless hot h2o when you are traveling! The location is convenient to multiple restaurants & Publix...literally walking distance to a GREAT steakhouse (JW) & Waffle house. We will definitely be frequenting this place for sure! Thank u Vishnu & Amit for your excellent customer service! (Also, their continental breakfast was on point & simple...coffee, juice, muffins, danishes, bagels, cereal, waffle bar, fruit, etc...) I highly recommend staying here.
While traveling to Florida we decided to stop for the night just to rest up. We stopped here. This Quality Inn looks a little run down, but we went in and was treated like royalty. Monia was excellent she was friendly and although new she was very knowledgeable about her job. She worked with us to get the best price possible, then showed us to our room and asked if that room was satisfactory. We had the most amazing bed and pillows you could ever ask for. The shower pressure had excellent water pressure and endless hot water. We had everything we needed to get a peaceful deep sleep. It was a quiet place to stay. The next morning we got some breakfast and sat by the pool. Again Monia asked how our stay was and if we had any problems. I seriously wanted to take the beds, pillows and Monia home with me. As soon as we checked out someone was going to our room to clean it. We are rarely able to feel the need to leave a room tip but this time we were so satisfied we did. Amit.... I hope you take these reviews seriously and value your good employees. Work on curb appeal and a bit of updating on the rooms and you will be very successful at this location.

After over 16 hours of driving in high anxiety from the storms in Tennessee and Mississippi I ran into during my travels I was met with the nicest women behind the counter. Even though I was completely drained mentally and exhausted I barely could speak from my drive yesterday she was incrediblely nice and professional. My room was clean, bed was really comfortable. My stay was great to get some sleep during my long drive across the country. Would recommend staying, they earned me as a future customer. Great employees, clean rooms, and the location is great as well to get right on the highway and continue south.
I had a great stay at the Quality Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and quiet. The location is also a plus, right off I-65, with easy access to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Decatur/Priceville area!
Very nice people and have enjoyed my stayed I had issues and they came into my room and fixed the problem I had and was very happy to help..I will be back here soon
